Q Acoustics Products are Exclusively and Officially Distributed throughout Canada by Progressive Sales Canada Inc. This shipping policy applies to only those products purchased directly via the qacousticscanada.ca website. For all Q Acoustics products purchased via any other retailer, their individual shipping policy will apply.
Orders From Outside Canada
We do not ship orders outside of Canada, if any orders are placed for delivery outside the Canada we will refund the full order value in Canadian dollars. Refunds will not compensate for any exchange rate variation from the initial purchase.
Change Of Mind
Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. does not accept “Change Of Mind” returns.
- Purchases on qacousticscanada.ca may include Complimentary Standard Shipping to your address with the Exception of Remote Delivery Locations.
- All purchases under $250.00 will incur a $30 shipping fee.
- If shipping charges are applicable on your purchase, they will appear in your cart before the final processing of your order for your review. All purchases on qacousticscanada.ca are charged in Canadian dollars.
- Payments are made via Credit Card, PayPal and e-transfer, it is vital that the customer provides the exact billing address and telephone number which is held by the card provider. Any incorrect information provided will cause delays in order processing.
- Orders will only be processed once an authorization notification has been received from the card company. Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of ordered products.
- Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from our warehouse facility in Mississauga Ontario.
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the details of your shipment including the freight carrier’s name, contact information, and tracking number.
- Your order will be delivered within 5-9 business days. Certain remote and difficult delivery locations within Canada may incur time delays.
- The freight company shipping your order may call the number you have provided prior delivery.
- Our complimentary standard shipping option to your address, excluding remote locations, delivers your order to the front door of your residence.
- It is your responsibility to move the product into your home. The freight company (due to insurance regulations) cannot bring the product into your home.
- If product cartons arrive in a damaged condition, the customer must make a note on the courier’s Consignment Note / Bill of Lading.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. within 2 days of receipt by e-mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the courier’s Consignment Note / Bill of Lading and report any shortages to Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. within 2 days of receipt by e-mail.
- All goods must be checked thoroughly prior to signing at time of delivery as neither Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. nor our couriers can be held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.
- Any concealed damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery to Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of receipt.
- Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. will not accept any liability for products lost in transit unless notified within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
- Whilst every effort will be made to ensure deliveries are made as scheduled, Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. cannot be held responsible, because we are reliant on external couriers whose actions are beyond our control. Please note that all dispatch and delivery times are approximate and must be signed-for on receipt.
- If our courier makes two unsuccessful attempts to deliver the products within agreed time periods then the products will be returned to Q Acoustics Canada / Progressive Sales Canada Inc. Any further attempt at delivery may incur an additional delivery charge, which we will notify to you in advance. We will not make any further attempt at delivery until you have agreed to any additional fee.
