Return Policy

Q Acoustics Products are Exclusively and Officially Distributed in Canada by Progressive Sales Canada Inc. This Return Policy applies to only those products purchased directly via the qacouscticscanada.ca website. For all Q Acoustics products purchased via any other retailer, the Return will need to be processed directly with that retailer, as their individual Return Policy will apply. 

Change Of Mind

Q Acoustics Canada/ Progressive Sales Canada Inc. Does Not accept “Change Of Mind” returns.

Reason For Return

The product must be damaged, which was noted on the Consignment Note / Bill of Lading at delivery or received defective. Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. must be notified within 2 days of delivery. Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. at its sole discretion may decide to repair or replace the product. Potential replacement of damaged or defective goods will only be made after receipt and inspection of said goods by Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. personnel at their premises in Mississauga Ontario.

Returning Damaged Product

  • To return a product damaged in shipping, you may call us from Monday through Friday from 9AM – 5PM for instructions, however to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number, the online Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form must completed and submitted.
  • All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back, and have the Return Merchandise Authorization  number included with the packing slip. 
  • If products arrive in a damaged condition, the customer must make a note on the courier’s Consignment Note/Bill of Lading. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. within 2 days of delivery by e-mail.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the courier’s Consignment Note/Bill of Lading, and report any shortages to Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. within 2 days of delivery by e-mail.
  • All goods must be checked thoroughly prior to signing at time of delivery as neither Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. nor our couriers can be held responsible for any claims for damages or shortages arising thereafter.
  • Any product damage that was not apparent on delivering (concealed damage) must be recorded and submitted in writing/email to Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. within the 2 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit. Outside of the first 2 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product warranty.
  • All products damaged in shipping  must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging with the approved Return Merchandise Authorization attached. The product must be in new condition except for the reported damage.
  • Your order confirmation / invoice email and shipping notifications are necessary, as you will be required to provide these details and other information as proof of purchase. Photographs of the damage and a copy of the damage noted on the Consignment Note/Bill of Lading are also required.
  • Product damaged in shipping will be returned to Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. facility by prepaid freight paid for Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc.
  • Any products that are to be returned to us must be returned in accordance with our returns policy. The version of the returns policy that applies will be the version in force at the time the return is made. Failure to comply with this policy may delay processing of your return, replacement and or repair.

Returning Product Received Defective

  • All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back, and have Return Merchandise Authorization number included with the packing slip. Additionally: we reserve the right to replace or repair any defective product.
  • Any product defect must be recorded and submitted in writing to Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc. within the first 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit or repair. Outside of the first 30 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product warranty.
  • All products defective on delivery must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging. The product must be in new condition except for the defect.
  • Your order confirmation / invoice email and shipping notifications are necessary, as you will be required to provide these details and other information as proof of purchase. Photographs, video of the defect and or written detailed explanation of defect will required as part of the Return Merchandise Authorization  process.
  • Defective products which cannot be taken in for repair must be sent prepaid freight by the customer, preferably in the original packing, and with the approved Return Merchandise Authorization attached. Damage sustained to goods, sent by the owner, in transit to the repair centre are not covered by warranty.
  • Return freight for defective product will be prepaid by Q Acoustics Canada/Progressive Sales Canada Inc.
  • Any products that are to be returned to us must be returned in accordance with our returns policy. The version of the returns policy that applies will be the version in force at the time the return is made. Failure to comply with this policy may delay processing of your return and of any refund, repair or replacement.
